Nicole Koh
Soprano
Nicole Koh, soprano, is a native of Daly City, California and a recent performer with Opera San José, where she sang the Queen of the Night and Papagena in Mozart's, Die Zauberflöte. She has appeared as Gretel in Humperdink's, Hansel and Gretel, with Chautauqua Opera and as the title role in Janáček’s The Cunning Little Vixen with the Chautauqua Opera Conservatory. Other credits include covering Winnie in Sky on Swings (Opera Saratoga), the title role in Monterverdi's, L’incoronazione di Poppea, and Nella in Puccini's Gianni Schicchi. Nicole holds degrees from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and the University of British Columbia. She returns to Opera San José in the 2025–26 season as an Apprentice Artist, performing Despina in Mozart's, Così fan tutte, and Annina in Verdi's, La Traviata.
